I definitely recommend SoftServe as a place to work. Over the years I have worked for the company, I have encountered good management and colleagues. The company also helps with professional development and invests in its employees. If you want to change a project/team/field of activity, there is no need to change your employer, as the company itself offers a wide range of opportunities.

Cons

I don't see any shortcomings that relate specifically to SoftServe, but rather to the outsourcing business in general, such as: limited ability to share details of a specific project/customer; slightly lower salary level; slightly different customer attitude towards staff employees than towards contractors/vendors.

Great office, pleasent staff, company takes care of all the bureaucracy and tries to supply you with everything you need so you can focus on the project. The communication between employees and the company is overally good, they are open for salary or work conditions negotiations.

Cons

Cons might be related to a particular client you work with, although softserve tries to be on your side, working as a consulting employee might not be for everyone.

Perks and benefits are awesome, they really want to retain you so they offer, savings packages, bonus, etc.

Cons

Maybe not a 100% company problem since we work remotely but the socializing thing there isn’t as fluid as I expected.
