Pros

It's a great company to work as a software developer, there are so many interesting projects and amazing people who will help you to feel comfortable, with a proper and manageable workload and with a clear path to grow. Also, a very cool thing is SoftServe University is that you have access to a ton of courses from Udemy and other platforms for free! I am really in love with this company :)

Cons

A relatively new company (july 2022) so there are a few internal processes that aren't well structured yet.

Hi there, thanks for highlighting our good salaries, diverse projects and our offices. We think they are great too. When it comes to management styles, we know that sometimes people are really different, and this can take some adjustments - have you had a conversation with your HRBP about this topic? As for learning, between SoftServe University and Udemy, there are thousands of opportunities. Do you see a gap on a particular topic? If so, reach out to SoftServe University team and make a suggestion. Let's see what we can do :)
