4yThanks for your review. I was sad to read about your perception and experience. Since starting here, we've made huge investments into our product and product roadmap, including an aggressive initiative to address tech debt. In addition, we've already introduced many changes to promote work life balance, and will be adding a ton more to our benefits in the new year. I've made an effort to be super transparent about this through monthly all hands, town halls, Q&As, emails, etc. I'd love an opportunity to chat so I can get your feedback and hope you'll reach out.
