Pros

Good learning opportunity in java. Nothing else.

Cons

Work culture is boring and disappointing. Very often employees will not follow the instructions provided by management. Late night stay. Lack of ambition in management to grow and retain their employees. Very less opportunity to grow. Starting salary is less. Lack of leadership qualities in Team leaders.
