Flexible Software. Great value for clients. Can get a lot of experience in various industries.

Cons

Smaller companies come with a flat organization structure. Leadership could be disorganized and client expectations may not be clear. Company goals and future vision was lacking. I did not feel like we had a common goal moving forward.
