Pros

For freshers it might suit for 1 or hardly 2 years.outedated technology which has no demand in market.leave policy is worst as ever in IT industry sat and Sun includes in leave. Work life balance is bad.

Cons

Not enough KT in terms of project u work on. No clue what u are doing they ask u to change something u do that. no basic knowledge provided on project u are working on. u have to learn ur self the project flow,No technical classes, I never attained any kind of meetings through my carrier over their.
