      SofterWare has continually invested in myself and others to learn and grow in their current field and fields of interest. They do whatever they can to keep their employees engaged and motivated

      Cons

      Leadership can be on a different page than employees, in regaurds to direction and goals of the company.

      A Great Small Company

      Pros

      Overall SofterWare has a good small company (community) atmosphere and this allows for flexibility you wouldn't traditionally find in a larger software company.

      Cons

      In some ways the size of the company might limit upward mobility, but I am sure inspired individuals have room for increased responsibility and pay.
