My experience working for this company so far has been good. Management is quite friendly, you can easily approach them with whatever issues you have and they will try to resolve it sincerely. Best part about this company is that they work mainly with direct clients and also you get paid on time. Their training division has improved over years, now it is more structured and trainees get individual attention. The trainees get to stay in free accommodation which is clean and there are minimal number of people in the guesthouses. Seriously career oriented people can really make use of the opportunities provided by Softpath and carve a niche for themselves in the IT industry.
