Pros

Softpath System is great Organization to be with to grow personally, technically and professionally. As promised does the Green Card on time, provides Health insurance benefits and take care of the employees in all aspects. Provides training and encourages to finish the certification (Paid by SS). Encourages to do Presentations at the conferences and take care of all expenses which occur. Has a very good number of direct clients to work on different technologies. Approachable management for any issues. Excellent technical community to address to any technical issue within 24 hours window and very will maintained. Good organized technical and knowledge discussions on a weekly basis.

Cons

Miscommunication which will addressed immediately.

Pros

Tons of direct clients and excellent pay. Informatica partner of the year, IBM Premier partner and Oracle Gold partner. Very professional and accommodating Management team.

Pros

I worked for this company for over 4 years but had to leave them due to some family constraints. I loved working for Softpath. They invested a lot of time in mentoring me throughout my career with them. The Managers and Practice Leads were very friendly, understanding and thorough in their approach. I had an exposure to work with some really good clients and they always provided me with constant support while I was on project. Some of my friends I referred are still working there and are very happy with their careers.

Cons

Even I though I was in the guest house for short time in between some of my projects, I think it could use some upgrade.
