I have no pros for this company

Cons

before the company got acquired, they gave decent annual raises and spoke about career growth, even offered reimbursement for continuing education/certifications. However, since the acquisition, there have been massive budget cuts. Management does not want to improve on the system and only focuses on releasing feature after feature.
