Softscape: A good opportunity and great people

Pros

The biggest 'pro' for Softscape has got to be the people. They are intelligent, driven and competent. Softscape likes to hire from within and offers excellent growth opportunities for its employees. I am familiar with several managers that started off in junior individual contributor roles and now help drive the next generation of world-class products. A business casual environment with several perks I have not seen at other companies.

Cons

The 'cons' for Softscape are few. The customer's business cycles force certain times of the year to be busy and complicate project deliverables.

Excellent Sales Management. Co-works are great and very helpful. Customer focused organization.

Cons

Although our benefits are great, having two personal days would be of value to me.

All employee voices are heard. Softscape has a culture of trust. There is a feeling here of being part of a team. And that your individual contribution makes a difference.

Cons

If you do not like a fast pace and exciting company to work at then you should not consider working here.
