The cultural environment is incredible, The company has excellent personal in each areas, They have one of the best work environment that I worked, people is really nice.

Cons

They don't up the salary with the time, and give you excuses for don't do it. Additionally, some areas don't have access to courses in other platforms, you have to do a list of courses first to the company consider if give you an account in other platform or not, doesn't matter that you need some courses for improving your performance in your job. Sometimes the courses are not need to the job
