If you want good career don't join the company, at last you will regrat
Pros
1) Only 1 benifit is, you will get the job easily with very less package as the interviewer will also be knowledge less. If you quote very less salary they will directly hire you as they want low salary labour with good job title. 2) too much work life balance as there is no work at all except testing and production support which is also too less. 3) you will learn how to do bak-bak without doing anything I mean you will learn how to be busy without work.
Cons
1) no development project 2) skill less BPO type managers 3) Although 2 months notice period but they will hold your entire salary when you submit your resignation and after last working day they will take again 1.5 months to release the salary. So till 4 months you will be salary less. So join the company at your own risk. No one tells this information. 4) If you are in trouble don't expect any support from company during that time they will also create 1 more problem for you. 5) Their HRs are very less package people but they will treat themselves as an owner of the company and very bad attitude.
