-Best mexican software delopment company with over 30 years of experience. -Lots of learning tools (English classes and online courses, skillsoft)

Cons

-They want to meke you feel inspired of being part of the company and at the end you feel like if you were in multilevel company (Herbalife, etc).

No much pressure, a relaxed environment. Facilities are good.

Cons

Depending on your project and leaders if you have the chance to grow. Sometimes if you work remotely, it can be difficult to be in sight of the right people that can give you a promotion. Parking lot in monterrey sucks, is too small

Pros

Nice co-workers. It's a good place to start working when you just got out of college.

Cons

If you consider the happy hour as a perk, well it will be the only one you will have. There are no bonuses or compensations and the salary is not as good as it could be. I don't recommend to stay there more than 6 months, it's nice at the beginning but you don't get much personal growth and there are zero benefits.
