Pros

Flexible work schedule, free snacks, casual work environment, all-around good people that work well together, company willing to invest in professional development, co-op program provides plenty of hands-on experience for college kids.

Cons

Managers are often absent for long lengths of time or micromanage when available, low salaries, promotions rarely merit based, benefits don't scale well and are expensive for individuals or small families, conflict of interest between CEO and HR.

Pros

Good pay, flexible schedule, decent benefits, ability to move up in the company. I've seen support folks move up into developer and management. The company tries to cater to your strengths. Just about everyone is friendly from CEO down to customer support. Also, professional development is great if you want to take advantage of the resources. They try to stay up to date with the last .net technologies.

Cons

Interview process is long some times, expect a 3-4 hour interview and show you know what you are doing with examples and you may be tested on your development skills to weed out bad candidates.
