Nothing as such to tell, except work from home option

Cons

No career planning. Bad company to work. Poor technical leadership. Bad teamwork. Team does not help but is more bothered to escalate without any reason. No support. Senior Leadership intervenes in day-to-day work and gives threats.

1. Leadership Team is supportive to any employee. 2. Employee gets fair chance to put their issues in front of Management. 3. Fun filled environment, events/games/birthday celebrations happen every month.

Cons

Its a growing company and sometimes workload can be more on employees they need to stretch their working hours as in when required.
