Pros

SBSC Nigeria is a very friendly and accommodating environment. You get exposed to a lot of interesting project which is essential to build your portfolio as a developer.

Cons

You get to work on multiple projects with clashing timelines. They only care about UI screens, no UX or Research oriented. Just design screens and handover to developers. Not a good place for a designer to learn industry standard UI/UX design process. Also, you hardly can tell the difference between a full time employee and a contract employee. Full time employee’s Pension gets delayed for over a year before they pay a lump sum and it’s a ridiculous amount. No bonus, and sometimes you can go 1 year without HMO. Although salary gets paid on time.
