1) They can revoke your offer anytime 2)They will offer fulltime position on company payroll, still they can fire you anytime without any prior notice, I have seen people who joined and been fired within a month, next day card will be deactivated and employees won't be able to enter in the company premises.

SBSC is a fast paced company that give room for growth if you are willing to grow, you are constantly introduced to different projects related to different sectors be it payment , banking, construction, health, ERP and so much more. Alo there are some benefits especially during seasons celebration.

Cons

I would say the speed , if you are enable to work fast and find solutions to problem , it is difficult to stay on track
