This company needs to be reported to the authorities. They take advantage of desperate international students are American universities looking for a company to sponsor their H1B visas. They will force you to write a fake résumé and submit it to companies. YOU WILL NOT BE PAID UNTIL A COMPANY CONTRACTS YOU. I refused to write these lies on my résumé and got a phone call from the CEO saying that the company will not be sponsoring my H1B unless they are able to deploy me (again, I was competing against fake résumés and fake references). For anyone left wondering, the salaries posted by this company are also fake.
