Pros

Iam working with Software Global for 5+ years . Don't have any issue. Mr.Poola is so kind and he resolves /advice if you face any issues or you need any guidance. Pays in time

Cons

Salary is little low compared to other companies and less employee benefits

Pros

Learned a lot here, good direction from management before interviews. The company did what was agreed on. Nice team, may be because I was nice and still have very good relationship with the company team. company has very good understanding of immigration process and advised me well in a tough situation. I am really grateful to them who brought them to USA and gave a good opportunity.

Cons

Stuck to agreement and did not give a raise in 6 months there were some communication issues, understood that as the company is growing and new staff and new direction. They clarified the reasons later on
