None. I don't see any positive here

Cons

Holding Pay Stubs, Black mailing employees to sign a legal bond and to threaten them in case if they want to leave. Escaping from answering calls. No Medical insurance. Worst Management. No Marketing Team. These are genuine things and you have to understand I don't have any personal issues with this company. They put you in dark without giving any information about your bill rate also. They pay only LCA salary and you never know how much they raised for you.
