Pros

Few places really focus on people starting from mapping out a roadmap, providing both individual and leadership development opportunities that elevate you beyond your own capabilities. The chance to take ownership and accountability is dependent totally what you can take on and build up to. Great people to work with. Very collaborative environment.

Pros

Got the H1 picked under CAP and had a simple RFE. The RFE was responded in a very short period and got the approval by Sep 2016 with the COS approved. Throughout the process there were constant updates and they are very professional in the way they handle immigration. Very supportive on the post H1B process as well.

Cons

No cons to share in my 3 years experience.
