Any time they fire employee. notice period for employee-90 days and employer notice period only -15 days which againts the law. only join there if you don't have any option.
Got the H1 picked under CAP and had a simple RFE. The RFE was responded in a very short period and got the approval by Sep 2016 with the COS approved. Throughout the process there were constant updates and they are very professional in the way they handle immigration. Very supportive on the post H1B process as well.
