Pros
I've been with Softworld for several years as a Technical Recruiter, and while we aren’t perfect, I truly value my experience here. It’s disheartening to read recent negative reviews, and I want to emphasize that WE ARE A GREAT PLACE TO WORK. Recruiting and sales can be challenging, but if you put in the effort, the rewards are substantial. My time in the Waltham office has been free of toxicity. While some colleagues enjoy going out for drinks after work, I’ve never felt pressured to join; my family always comes first.
Management has consistently provided me with support, encouragement, and all the resources I need to thrive. Our Recruiting leader works tirelessly and genuinely cares about both the recruiters and the company. Whenever I encounter challenges, reaching out for help is easy and encouraged. Though we face growing pains and changes, my coworkers and I continue to excel together. I sincerely believe that Senior Management has our best interests at heart and fosters a healthy work-life balance. Those who are unhappy may not have found the best approach to work smart and maintain that balance, and it’s probably for the best that they’ve moved on.
In closing, I take pride in being part of a team that values hard work, supports one another, and creates an environment where we can all succeed. Here’s to ongoing growth and success at Softworld!
Cons
As our team becomes increasingly remote, building relationships has become more challenging. Therefore, having more in-person meetings would be advantageous.
