As for our benefit offerings, you'll find most contracting firms follow the model of paying a higher rate of pay for time worked on a project rather than provide all the benefits you'd typically find as a full-time employee. However, Softworld does offer a Staff Consulting option for longer assignments that can provide a full benefits package with PTO, paid holidays, multiple healthcare options, 401k and variety of other benefits found in traditional “permanent” positions. We provide multiple employment options so we can better meeting the individual needs of each consultant we partner with.
