Fully understand your reference on inability to make internal talent acquisition bonuses during your time at Softworld - I'm not exactly sure when you were here, but there absolutely was a hiring freeze during a window of late 2023 and early 2024 - that freeze is now a thing of the past. We're hiring aggressively at junior, mid and senior sales positions all across the country, as well as targeted mid and senior recruiting positions if the right candidates come up. Our growth commitments and plans in the coming months simply won't occur without hiring - for current (and any future) Talent Acquisition professionals, there's plenty of opportunity on tap for the foreseeable future.
