Thank you very much for your candid feedback. We are indeed proud of our year-over-year growth, and I'm gratified to see that you recognize the opportunity for go getters to make an impact. I appreciate your advice to management. Its tricky, because I'm obviously not sure exactly what conversations took place, but for the record, I fully agree with you - $1mm in commission, while certainly possible at Softworld, isn't our norm and I'm genuinely sorry to see that you felt "lured" in if it was presented as such. We should have talked with you about our 50+ person recruiting engine, the fact that we have people working for us in 35 states and the fact that more than half our sales team (including 80+% of people here 2 years or longer, spanning every line of business we have) average Gross Profit run-rates ranging from $500 K - $3 MM. Our company isn't for everybody, and I appreciate you publicly sharing your truth regarding your tenure. First and foremost, thank you for your review! We take great pride in building our Onshore Development Centers, and that includes putting the best possible consultants in the available seats and teams, as well as listening to and acting on feedback from the organization. For many of our Onshore Development Centers, especially ones such as our Plano, Texas facility that Softworld designs from scratch based on customer specifications, we are instructed by our client to configure workstations and teams via a mandated layout. We are aware of a Development Center environment sometimes yielding less personal space, which is why we encourage our Consultants to take full advantage of the private phone booths, breakout rooms and lounge areas as needed. While I cannot attest to the specifics of customer confusion you’ve mentioned, we will always aim to refine and communicate ongoing business goals as clearly and timely as possible.
