Thank you, and I'm glad to see you learned a lot. I agree with you that we expect a lot from our recruiting and sales professionals; I would respectfully not use the word "unrealistic" as demonstrated by the outsized amount of top producers we have within the industry and the compensation those producers earn, but I appreciate you sharing your truth regarding your tenure. Whatever path you've taken since moving on, I hope you're now within an organization and/or job that best aligns with your own career.
