      Pros

      I worked at Softworld for 5 years and loved every minute of it. Unfortunately, I had to separate from the company due to my commute, and family situation. The casual, yet super fast-paced vibe at Softworld made me look forward to going to work every day. I always felt that my work was appreciated, and that I was an asset to the company. The leadership team is inspiring; they want everyone to succeed, and they provide the tools to do so.

      Cons

      For me, personally, the commute was the only con.

      Great company overall. Strong management team and great training is provided for entry level recruiters. They have pretty good accounts throughout each sector and are growing every year.

      Cons

      They are growing quickly and are working to improve some internal processes. Location is ehh.
