Pros

A big thing that sets Softworld apart from other agencies is the training, as well as the continued mentoring and professional development. Instead of throwing you in to see if you make it, Softworld goes in depth to ensure you're constantly growing, learning, and improving your craft. From group training sessions, professional development groups, 1 on 1 meetings with your manager, and endless open door communication, I've always felt I have numerous resources I can go to for help & knowledge. You're given all the resources you need to get to the top.

Cons

None that i've encountered.

Pros

As a Sr Recruiter I have experience at other companies and it is not my first job so I think I have a pretty good perspective. It is the most recruiter friendly environment I have ever seen. Don't get me wrong it is performance driven as any company has to be, but as long as you are doing your job and putting people to work you will have a very good time of it. There is little to no micro management and you are provided every possible tool to help you succeed. They are open to new ideas and find ways to say yes rather than we can't do that. New people are supported and given extensive training both in a classroom and real world environments. If you are not afraid of hard work and getting appreciated and paid for that work then this is the place to be.

Cons

The only negative I have is the platform they use (eRecruit) does not have the ability to harvest new resumes.

Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts, and we're especially glad to hear from you given your personal experience with other recruiting environments. Your description of our balance (performance-driven, hardworking, open-minded, rewarding for those that earn) is exactly the mix we aim for. It sounds like you know full well both that our industry isn't for everybody and that not everything's always perfect at this (or any) company, but we appreciate the feedback. If you have any additional thoughts to share on ways that we can get better, I can be reached at 781-373-8452.
