Enthusiastic environment fueled by rapid growth and fun but hard-working professionals. Company cares about its employees and shows this through their benefits and flexibility. Leadership cares and does everything possible to ensure success both for the individual and for the company. Great commission and bonus structure too!

since we are working as contractors for another bank, there are salary caps for each levels, you could not get raise if you are staying on the same level.
