There are no good things about softworld technologies and also, they scam you in the name of other company called thought circuits.

Cons

worst company to work they just suck your time and work in the name of growth. they target freshers and play with their certificates in the name of service bond.NO value for employee they treat you like slaves and sets targets and also deducts salary for not achieving the targets and mainly sales lead madhavi she screws up your personal and work life by scolding in the name of motivation and above all its a fraud company
