When the Going Gets Tough, they get you going. Hard questions? We hide behind policy. Management is there for years and the people that actually make the money are terminated as soon as the project is over, even after serving for years don't call yourself a consulting firm when you supply a job, but not a career. They claim to be diverse, but if you are not South Asian people or a grey-haired guy that was hired in the 90s then you are a rarity.
