Pros
Working at Sogeti does give a person the opportunity to work for several different clients and build expertise. However, don't expect a huge variety. Consultants tend to get "tracked" into one particular technology or area of expertise.
Cons
The pay is really lousy, especially when judged against your bill rate. Last year, in lieu of giving raises, they announced a bonus program -- to take effect in and be funded by 2008 revenue. That's a fairly shoddy justification for not giving raises for work performed in 2007. The health plan is terrible. Do your best not to get sick, because the HDHP covers nothing until the $2,500 deductible and the company contributes absolutely nothing toward it.
