•Nice colleges •Flexible work life balance

Cons

•They were deceiving me about not getting compensated if I did not willingly leave the company (Swedish Labor laws prevent comapnies from kicking out, so they tried to decieve me by willingly leaving). •Deceiving and misleading my rights I've had under the Swedish Labor Laws •Multiple promises of a salary raise that did not happen because "we dont have the money", but they were somewhat matching my salary with multiple entry level developers (I have +5 work experience). •Managers with authority do not follow companies ethics codes. •Was not able to say goodbye to my colleges. •I was open to relocating to most of the cities in Sweden, but they still wanted to lay me off.
