Pros

Great pay and nice team and manager trusting you try to do whats best for the company at all times. Incredible core engineering team and best in class product managers.

Cons

No local office might be a con. But I enjoyed WFH so for me it was only good. Not a very big company so it can be hard to shift positions like it is possible to do at a larger company with +1000 employees.
