Pros

Family culture. Great team spirit. Good benefits. Lots of potential to grow with the company. Open egalitarian culture. Very approachable management team. Very solid and unique product. Very smart product engineers.

Cons

Nothing to complain about so far. The regional offices are small, although this is not necessarily a bad thing. Not enough marketing in the past so market visibility is not where it could be, but thats a great problem to have.
