Pros

Absolutely nothing... they lie to Fujitsu and their employees and management. I was asked to misrepresent myself and S&C to Fujitsu on several occasions and in writing. They promised so much to employees and Fujitsu and never intended to deliver. The only reason they took the call center service desk is so they could approach Fujitsu as their potential provider for long term expensive IT contractors. They could care less about this group. It was just a segway opportunity to more business. There are a couple of really nice Solai and Cameron employees in management but I am referring to the owners who are lying and pompous, greedy people.

Cons

They lie. They lie. They lie some more. They'll never convert any contractors to employees and they won't help you find roles within Fujitsu or at other clients. Their Healthcare is worse than general Obama care and their holidays are non existent. People you can find much better places to work. S &C will lie to you just as they tried to have me do..straight to your face without one ounce of regret. Narcissistic and greedy.

Pros

1. Career Growth: Decide how you want to bring value to the company and do it, you're always given the chance to learn new things expand your horizon here 2. Support, from senior management to developers, HR, and other Staff, people are always willing to help 3. Money: not the most important thing, but definitely not unimportant, resources make good money and are given the opportunity to make more in the form of bonuses and consideration for promotions

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but the impetus to bring value to the company here is on you. While the support is always available if you don't take the initiative no one will do it for you

Pros

- The management is very supportive of their employees, listens to them and encourages them to learn and grow in this fast-growing era - Never had an issue with my payment like the other/previous employees had to deal with - Decent office set-up and work etiquette - Friendly environment throughout - You don't see the corporate politics that you often find in any growing company - for which I would just give away the 5 stars honestly.

Cons

- I am sorry I am being too positive about the company, but honestly, No, other than driving in the crazy traffic to Work, I have nothing I could think about and yes, I will def update here when I am truly unsatisfied.
