Solai and Cameron are a subcontractor for a major tech firm. You'll be hired with no benefits, no work life balance, and no pay raises at all. You'll be told that you'll be hired full-time by said tech firm after a period of probation, but they lie. You'll be working long hours for years, your salary gradually becoming lower due to inflation.

I don't know why people work here as this is not a good company at all. It turns out that the organization is moving towards becoming a consulting shop where they hire people as consultants with out any benefits. I am not sure if Gokul and malar wants to run it that way but with the influence of few folks who joined recently, looks like they are moving towards disaster. They do not even speak proper english and the HR doesn't even understand what we have requested for It is high time that they mend their ways and move towards the old system where they used to provide good pay and benefits which attract workforce. I do not know what Mr.gokul wants to achieve out of these non technical folks who do not even understand the business and neither can develop the organization. It used to be a good company earlier with all the benefits and now it is also another company who bills clients at higher rates and pays you very little I am not sure if they want to work without benefits and i will never recommend people who are willing to join this organization
