Pros

There is a generous paid time off plan and great benefits in general. I job you can work at until you retire. I feel like leadership do care about their employees. Employees are given opportunities to grow and learn.

Cons

Even though I am a salaried employee, I am not treated like a salaried employee. I have to submit paid time off for anything over a half hour away from work. It seems like sometimes department and divisions operate in silos.

Pros

Opportunity to try challenging and rewarding cases early in your career. Some really great co workers. Management and senior attorneys are respected because they have tried very serious and difficult cases.

Cons

High caseloads. Reward for doing well is more work. High stakes and high stress. Unrealistic expectations of personal sacrifice.
