Clientele if you want to work with this low income, potential to leave on time, variety of pathology. Fast paced.

Cons

Administration, funding, scheduling, lack of administrative time, no on site CME, high staff overturn, very poor communication between staffing divisions (front office/back office) and providers, poor communication between providers and upper management. Lack of visibility of upper management.

Work was great and the people were friendly, helpful and easy to work with. I worked at the County for 27 years before retiring in 2009.

Cons

This was an extra-help temp. position. I loved the work and it was in the area I worked in previously so very little training was required.
