Management is garbage, doesn't care about employees, Home office is just as bad. Lots of double standards.

Toxic work environment, overly high expectations with little to no provided training, blame often placed on newer employees for their inexperience instead of the actual responsible parties for the errors, HR refuses to address the toxic behaviors done mostly by the employees in charge (supervisors).
