Pros

Pay is pretty good. Work is in the field away from management. Expenses are paid. Can always get that diamond status.

Cons

Must work slow enough to justify overtime for the high pay. Don't have goals, cause this company will suck the motivation out of you. Management thinks that going lean is better for the margins, so they abuse reps pretty hard. Solar appreciates revenue now vs 2x revenue later, so expect to witness a lot of stupid decisions and going against common sense. You spend so much time away from family that it is advised not to have a wife.
