Not equal opportunities for all...especially if you aren’t female or a minority

Not as many as there used to be. A few good leaders left

Cons

If you are not a woman, if you are straight and if you are not a minority, there is not the same opportunity for you with training or leadership. Pendulum has swung too far and is leaving many people to think about leaving the company.
