      Pros

      Good benefits (Vacation, Health Insurance, Sick Leave, Best 401K match out there) Great Location Great work / life balance Good people to work with

      Cons

      Base salaries lag where they should be for southern California. Definitely pay the "sunshine tax". Other companies locally pay better but the grass is not greener overall. With recent strong government contract work at other local manufacturing companies (Solar does very little government work), we have been losing some good talent to other companies recently.

      Good benefits. Most other employees very nice to work with and good teamwork.

      Cons

      Worked there 20 years and was terminated by a manager that did not like having an employee with a disability working for him.
