Pros
The company seems to really care about its people and its culture. Safety is a really big focus. They give a lot back to the community. Very engineering based where the company is always progressing.
Cons
There is a ton of turnover within the company that's encouraged if people want to raise up in the company. It's good because those people learn about other parts of the business but that means you often have managers that know less than the people they're managing or a bunch of new people without any guidance from their boss.
