Solid company

Business Outlook

Pros

Very steady job with constant flow of work. Always had good managers. They are willing to let you move around to different roles if you show aptitude for it.

Cons

A lot of the engineering is starting to or has been outsourced to employees at lower cost countries. Workload can get very heavy at times as the business is cyclical and they try not to over-hire to then let people go (which is also good thing).
