Business Outlook
Pros
Good company work ethics and great place to grow. Company has streamlined the process and have automized it for new and existing employees. Global company and lots of career opportunities.
Cons
Medical and Dental are not as good as other company and 401K has been eliminated. No good incentives for new talented employee to stay. Nobody really understands how things really works because of automation. Worked are basically fully automated and when system fails, all works will be interrupted.
