Pros

Compensation which is fairly well but yet at time unfair.

Cons

You need to be on the right side, else you are a goner. Doesn't matter your work capability. That is secondary, primary goal is to just follow management dictation spoken by former supervisor. How bad can that be, technical guys who have no need to concentrate on technical.

Not many anymore. All are getting taken away

Cons

Management is ruining a great family, tight knit type organization with driving DEI into the business. They talk about inclusion but if you are not one of the chosen target type persons and have a difference of opinion, they don’t want to hear you.
