Pros

* Nice team members. Everyone is willing to help one another. * Company offers free soda and snacks. * Employees receive personal work laptops. This makes it really easy for meetings rather than taking paper notes. * Las Vegas office is located in a great area (Town Square Mall). Easy parking and plenty of food options.

Cons

* Way too low pay for a position that requires a degree. After NV taxes an individual in this position makes $10.225 an hour (that is without benefits being taken out). * Poor management team. While the the actual team is friendly, management is not and are unwilling to help train the new hires. * This position is expected to work daily overtime. Some working up to 12 hours a day. Keep in mind this is a salary position, not hourly. * Other positions within the company have access to a bonus months before contract analysts. This position requires about 2 months of work that does not gain "points" towards monthly quota. * This position requires "reselling" the contract/product. Unfortunately these analysts do all the work to get customer to re-sign a contract but collect no portion of the commission the sales rep makes. * Position requires monthly and daily quotas. As mentioned earlier, these are reachable but not within 40 hours a week. * Management leaves at 8th hour on the dot with no leadership direction. This causes much confusion to employees. *Unfortunately the low pay for this position also means low paying management positions. As one can imagine, the type of leadership this brings in is not of high quality.

Pros

Great coworkers workers, passionate like minded people. Great product. Elon Musk connection. Changing the world, creating a movement. This company is a game changer.

Cons

This is a churn and burn sales company. They bleed you for all you can give them and then put you on a performance improvement plan when your numbers slip. And everyone's numbers slip because permits take 3 to 5 months and some ahj's end Solar and stop allowing it out of the blue. So you get knocked down. It wouldn't be so bad, but we don't get paid until install. So you can spend 60 hours a week working and have a pathetic commission check if the area you have been working suddenly has a permit freeze. And you are expected to stay cheery and positive. The only cheery positive people are the new hires because they don't yet know what there in for. Management (directors and VPs) need to get over themselves and get real. Why would we continue to keep busting our buts for no money.

Pros

The best outcome from working here were the connections I made with some colleagues and some customers. The experience in managing a project from origination to post install was good.

Cons

Practically a High school environment. The recruiting team did an amazing job of over exaggerating the pay. Along with hiring some of the shadiest, and poorly educated folks off the street. Expect homogenized pay. Low salary, plus he lowest commission structure in the industry compared to competing companies. Old boy club/ clique drama. Envision a modern day boiler room/wolf of wall street. Jam packed with painkiller addicts, snitches too as a matter of fact. Coke and adderal junkies. Even a fist fight at the local bar. Sure, the small gestures of fun events gently numb the vicious metric requirements. Lack of customer and employee experience. Lack of critically thinking sales reps, that make the right suggestions for customers. Saddening to look back at fellow friends still stuck there.
